We are currently seeking a FinOps Azure Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
A FinOps specialist's responsibilities include:
- Budgeting and cost management: Creating and managing budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring the company stays within its budget. This includes monitoring expenses, creating financial reports, and recommending cost savings.
- Cloud infrastructure management: Designing, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure to achieve cost-effectiveness, performance, reliability, security, and compliance.
- Application and services deployment: Deploying applications and services.
- Cost forecasting: Creating accurate cost forecasts.
- Resource usage monitoring: Continuously monitoring resource usage.
- Reporting: Generating reports on costs and performance.
- Collaboration: Working closely with DevOps teams, Data Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective use of cloud resources.
- Knowledge of Azure Core Services
- Knowledge of Tagging
- Dashboard creation
