We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Specialist - EUC to join our team in Bangkok, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon Bangkok (TH-10), Thailand (TH).

Be a contributing member of the EUC Team providing support to End Users in a Client Environment
Work is guided by operational and project objectives and measured on SLAs, CSFs & KPIs aligned to the same
Work on Day to Day Incident Resolution & Request Fulfilment aligned to ITIL Framework
Involved with IMAC-D ( Install, Move, Add, Change & Decommision/Disposal) for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Printers and other IT Equipment and Peripherals as needed, between desks, floors or buildings as required

Learn new and emerging technologies as needed, guided by business requirements
Regularly reviews the work and performance of peer team members in alignment to project deliverables and ensures team achieves specific performance metrics
Regularly coaches and mentors peer team members
Assigns and drives daily deliverables for a larger field service team or a supplier relationship
Learn new and emerging technologies as needed, guided by business requirements
Leads, implements, and troubleshoots advanced and complex solutions.

Resolves escalated break/fix trouble-shooting client issues. Contributes to the development of common practices.

Performs trouble-shooting for escalated issues, upgrades and deployments for complex environments.

Provides guidance to lower level technical specialist on specific functional tasks.

Possesses advanced verbal and written communication skills.

Provides leadership during difficult client situations.

Develops and maintains positive, long-standing client relationships built on trust.

Has in-depth knowledge of a majority of NTT Data's products In depth knowledge of internal service processes and service offerings and ability to articulate these to clients.

Advanced technical and product knowledge.

Ability to physically perform general office requirements.

Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.

Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.

Experience in End User Computing, IT Support, Asset Management needed
Exposure to ITIL & Project Management Methodologies
Experience in using ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy etc
Strong negotiation skills
