- Identify and assess request received from the internal teams and contact the customer through email / SMS requesting the required details.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Communicate with the internal teams and customer over email in English language including proper grammar and sentence structure.
- Adhere to all appropriate and agreed standardized processes and procedures.
- Review and keep up to date, and fully abide by the process operational and administrative procedures and ensure process compliance.
- Participating in the training programs based on business needs.
- Attending team meetings or customer calls
