- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Information Technology, Application/Technology Management, Portfolio Management, IT Governance, and/or Enterprise Architecture focus
- This candidate would have M&A experience which would span across Cyber, Infrastructure and EE (O365/workstations). The candidate would be more of an advisor to PMs to guide them on how everything related to M&A connects.
- Experience supporting Global IT, Infrastructure, Security, M&A, Middleware, and Innovation domains
- Knowledge of EA methodologies, e.g. TOGAF, FEAF, or Zachman framework
- Experience in all phases of an established SDLC methodology
- Experience with analyzing the factors required to rationalize or consolidate application systems
- Experience of building an Information Security system and control framework within a complex, global, federated organization including staffing, controls and financial / budgetary aspects.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control.
- Strong communication skills, ability to present complex concepts, risks and strategies to senior management in business terms, while being able to discuss detailed technical aspects with expert Enterprise Architecture and Information Technology teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other information management systems required
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills required
- Ability to multi-task with frequently changing priorities
