We are currently seeking a Enterprise Architect II to join our team in Washington (REMOTE), District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Job Summary:

The Technical Solutions Architecture Senior Specialist Advisor (Enterprise Architect II) will play an essential role in designing, developing, and implementing complex, large-scale information systems that meet our clients' requirements. As a Technical Solutions Architecture Senior Specialist Advisor (Enterprise Architect II), this role requires translating business needs into systems and process designs, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance, and providing oversight to multiple teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions. With responsibilities that span from planning and resource allocation to risk management and quality assurance, this role is responsible for ensuring technology and systems deliver outcomes aligned with business outcomes and client priorities. As the primary point of contact for clients, the Enterprise Architect will lead the development ongoing management, and communication for technology solutions to meet client expectations, priorities, and business goals.

In this high-impact role, the Technical Solutions Architecture Senior Specialist Advisor (Enterprise Architect II) will deliver scalable, efficient technology and systems that meet requirements through proactive management of complex compliance, integration, and evolving business needs and collaborative communication with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Systems and Information Requirements Development - Define, describe, and document requirements for a variety of technology and systems. Evaluate workflows, organizational needs, and project plans to ensure all architectural designs align with client objectives and technical requirements.
  • Solution Architecture and Design - Design and document technology and systems architecture that addresses software, hardware, and communications requirements and ensures compatibility across systems. Develop and document comprehensive systems solutions, integrations, processes, methodologies, hardware and software into the client environment. Provide expertise in the design of new and existing software architectures, including enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory compliance measures.
  • Project Leadership and Client Engagement - Act as the project manager and primary point of contact for the customer, managing end-to-end solution delivery and maintaining consistent communication. Lead multiple teams across a variety of technology and solution projects and initiatives. Managing program and project teams to ensure completion on time and within budget, including coordinating third party contributions throughout the product and project life cycle. Take ownership of project-critical tasks, ensuring technical accuracy and the completeness of system designs.
  • Risk and Performance Evaluation - Identifying potential risks and threats to current and future programs and define and implement mitigations to address these risks (including operational, financial, service delivery, communication, etc. risks). Develop and proactively manage and project budgets and schedules as part of managing overall delivery to ensure effective planning and use of resources. Contributing to, producing and communication progress, risk, and status reports for a variety of audiences based on business need. Develop and implement corrective actions as needed to meet the client's business objectives.
  • Strategic Contribution - Lead or participate in strategy development and client presentations for complex business opportunities. Make contributions and recommendations to additional business pursuit strategies, supporting the design of service solutions.


Skills and Expertise:
  • Technical Expertise - Recognized authority in designing and implementing enterprise architectures, with advanced knowledge of IT service-related processes and technologies.
  • Project Management - Proven track record in leading large, cross-functional teams and managing project-critical tasks with strong project management skills.
  • Business Financial Acumen - Advanced understanding of risk assessment impacts on profitability and service delivery.
  • Communication - Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of clearly communicating technical concepts to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Client Focused - Balances customer needs with delivery requirements, contributing to sales pursuit strategies and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Solution Design Leadership - Leads the design of complex, multi-service area solutions, aligning with the client's business goals and operational requirements.


Basic Qualifications:
  • MS/MA in Information Technology Management, Business, or task-order specific discipline
    • High School Diploma + 4 additional years of experience = Associate's Degree
    • Associate's Degree + 4 additional years of experience = Bachelor's Degree
    • Bachelor's Degree + 4 additional years of experience = Master's Degree
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, or a related field.
  • Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with complex technical solutions and enterprise-wide IT architecture.


Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $113,940 - $263,750. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
