- Define and configure functional specifications, business processes, and workflows to meet business needs.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO.

2. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for plant maintenance processes.
- Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and SAP PM capabilities, and propose solutions to address those gaps.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development and system enhancements.

3. Customization and Enhancements:
- Customize the SAP PM module to support specific business processes and requirements, including configuration of maintenance plans, task lists, notification types, and maintenance orders.
- Work with ABAP developers to design and implement custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and SAP standards during customization and enhancements.

4. Data Migration and Validation:
- Lead data migration activities related to plant maintenance data, including equipment master, functional locations, and maintenance history.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of migrated data.

5. Testing and Troubleshooting:
- Develop and execute test plans for system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the functionality of the SAP PM module.
- Identify and resolve issues related to configuration, data, and system performance in a timely manner.
- Provide support for post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting and system optimization.

6. Training and Documentation:
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users on SAP PM functionality, processes, and best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and processes.

7. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in plant maintenance processes and system functionality.
- Recommend and implement process enhancements, automation, and optimization initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce downtime.

8. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external partners to ensure alignment of SAP PM solutions with business goals.
- Act as a key point of contact for plant maintenance-related inquiries, providing expert advice and guidance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of X years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with a focus on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- In-depth knowledge of SAP PM module, including maintenance planning, work order management, notifications, equipment, and technical objects.
- Experience with SAP PM integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO.
- Strong understanding of plant maintenance processes, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Proficiency in SAP PM configuration, customization, and data migration activities.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- SAP certification in SAP Plant Maintenance (preferred).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
