We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Lead Engineer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).
Once You Are Here, You Will:
- .Test execution:
- Team Leadership & Management: You'll be responsible for leading and managing the AEM testing team,ensuring they have the resources, training, and support needed to perform effectively. This includes assigning tasks,monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback.
- Test Strategy & Governance: You'll define the overall AEM testing strategy for projects, aligning it with project goals and business objectives. This involves setting testing standards, implementing best practices, and ensuring consistent test execution across projects.
- Test Planning & Prioritization: You'll be responsible for creating comprehensive test plans, outlining the scope of testing, and prioritizing test cases based on risk and impact.
- Communication & Collaboration: You'll act as a bridge between the testing team, developers, product managers,and other stakeholders. This includes clearly communicating testing progress, results, and potential risks, and collaborating to ensure high-quality AEM implementations.
- Process Improvement: As the Test Lead, you'll be responsible for continuously evaluating and improving the AEM testing process. This might involve implementing new tools, optimizing test automation strategies, and promoting a culture of quality within the team.
- Staying Updated: The AEM landscape is constantly evolving, so staying ahead of the curve is crucial. You'll need to keep yourself updated on the latest AEM features, testing methodologies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on web application testing
• 5+ years of experience with AEM testing, ideally in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit)
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks strategicallyDesired Skills
Experience with AEM components, templates, workflow, MSM, DAM, Headless concepts, HTML, CSS knowledge, content authoring etc
Experience with API testing
Experience with Cloud-based deployments (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Experience in building and managing test centers of excellence (TCoE)
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with AEM Sites 6.4.
- Experience testing technical solutions for B2B/B2C websites.
- Experience in multi-lingual sites, multi-lingual translation, and content localization solutions.
- Experience in testing in Adobe Campaign, Target, Analytics, and Adobe DAM.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
