We are currently seeking a Desktop Associate - Helpdesk to join our team in Dalian, Liaoning (CN-LN), China (CN).
1. Will be responsible to Manage Desktop / Laptop and IT Equipment.
2. Will be responsible to trouble shoot escalated Calls or unresolved calls related to Desktop / Laptop and IT Equipment.
3. Will be responsible to prepare Knowledge base document.
4. Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.
5. Responsible for troubleshooting hardware/ software and application related issues.

6. Troubleshooting of all IT equipment's.
7. Resolve Incidents/ Service Request with in the agreed time lines.
8. Ensure the tickets are resolved with the agreed norms in end user computing.
9. Prepare RCA for violated incidents with preventive and corrective measures
10. Follow Escalation Matrix for unresolved calls
11. Coordinate with various support providers for technical issues, Team mentoring and training skills.
12. Good interpersonal and communication skills
13. Ability to perform in adverse situations.
