NTT Data's client is currently seeking a Software Development Senior Advisor to join their team in Nashville, TN. (US-TX), United States (US).
Minimum Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative discipline, or equivalent related work or military experience.
3-5 years of experience in data science or data analysis with a focus on advanced analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, forecasting and optimization.
Deep knowledge of Client tools & frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc..

Proven track record building data and modeling pipelines, modeling rare events using applied supervised learning algorithms, familiarity with conceptual and logical data modeling principles.
Outstanding applied skills in statistical analysis, modeling & inferencing (hypothesis testing, outlier detection, statistical inference & analysis).
Extensive experience with Python and SQL programming languages.
Hands-on experience in Databricks.
Preferred Experience:
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or any related quantitative discipline.
Knowledge and experience with data warehouses, data storage, cloud platforms, and cloud computing such as Azure/Databricks
Demonstrated examples of generating business insights that improved operations or financials.
Familiarity with claims data / payer industry.
Strong communications skills to both technical and non-technical audiences, ability to explain complex modeling approaches in simple terms and develop compelling narratives that connect modeling results with business problems
