We are currently seeking a Data Center Operations Technician to join our team in Tokyo, Tokyo (JP-13), Japan (JP).
Job Responsibilities:
- Data Centre Ops Engineer responsible for managing all aspects of an enterprise Data Center to include deploying, maintaining and providing operational support for the data center environment.
- Daily Activities included and not limited to, monitoring and responding to systems to ensure integrity and continued operations Triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of all aspects of server, network, storage and various media devices, pulling in other groups where needed.
- Provide support and technical expertise in regard to data center operations.
- Detailed documentation of tickets including symptoms, causes, and provide root cause resolution descriptions.
- Good communication with internal teams, external teams and 3rd party vendors.
- Experience working in data center operations and problem-solving capabilities on relative platforms,
- Ability to support a wide array of IT services, ability to quickly learn various IT tools and systems and policy and procedures
