NTT Data is seeking Remote Customer Care Professionals to join our team.
Temporary Position- 3-6 months
Position's General Duties and Tasks
In these roles you will be responsible for:
  • Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc.
  • Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call
  • Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers.
  • Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed.
  • Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.
Requirements for this role include:
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm Eastern Standard Time.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service healthcare industry experience
  • Minimim 1 year experience in a call center environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Programs, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($17-$19 Hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
