- CMS Requirements Report
- Evaluate the current situation.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand the needs and pain points.
- Document detailed business and technical requirements (content creation, performance, security, user experience, and accessibility)
- CMS Evaluation Report
- Research and evaluate available CMS platforms or custom solutions based on:
- Compatibility with Microsoft cloud technologies
- Support responsive design.
- Security best practices.
- Cost analysis (implementation, acquisition and/or licences)
- Vendor support (when applicable)
- Research and evaluate available CMS platforms or custom solutions based on:
- Shortlist 2-3 CMS options
- Provide a detailed comparison of the recommended CMS options.
- Highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each option.
- Organize vendor demos.
- Conduct a proof of concept (ease of use, integration, user experience, etc.)
- CMS Recommendation Report
- Recommend the most suitable CMS solution.
- Address any potential challenges, including training, customization, and post-implementation support.
- Experience with various CMS platform and their implementation.
- Expertise in CMS migration, customization, and integration.
- Expertise in designing cloud-based architecture using Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of cloud hosting models and optimization.
- Expertise in WCAG 2.2 accessibility guidelines.
- Expertise in W3C HTML compliance (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft based web technologies (ASP.NET, Azure app services, SQL Server)
- Knowledge of responsive design using bootstrap and the ability to tailor CMS for a seamless user experience.
- Expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements related to CMS usage.
- Knowledge of security best practices, especially in the context of CMS platform in a cloud-based environment.
- Have college diploma or university degree in an IT discipline.
- Have minimum 10 years experience within the last 12 years in application solutions architecture
Nice to Have:
- Public Sector experience
