Job Description:

• Coordinate IT project stakeholders and ensure IT solutions are implemented in alignment with Corporate IT Governance standards
• Monitor Project Status, Issue & Risk Management and Reporting to Upper Management/Steering Committee/CFO
• Manage IT vendors/suppliers in complex environment, with multiple workstreams, tight budgets and overlapping deadlines
• Cost & budget management

Basic Qualifications:

• Full time onsite in Green Bay or Marinette, Wisconsin
• 7+ years' experience working at Consulting & System Integration companies
• 7+ years' experience in project management, program manager and project office management
• 7+ years' experience working on IT Governance projects for multinational companies, preferably in the Manufacturing sector
• Experience in Manufacturing processes
• Experience in SAP/ERP implementation projects

Preferences:

• Working knowledge in implementing governance processes, defining project status report templates, preparing documentation for Project Advisory Boards, etc.
• Working knowledge of using Project Portfolio Management tools like Clarity, Uppwise, SNOW SPM, etc. is a plus
• Working knowledge of business process mapping and organizational change management is a plus
• Certification in Project Management methodologies (e.g. PMI, SAFE, etc.) and process improvement ones (e.g. CMMI, etc.) is a plus
• Proactiveness, Autonomy and "Influence without Authority"
