Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Claims Processor to join our team in a part-time capacity (20 hours/week). In this role, you will process claims while contributing your expertise to improve our AI-enabled platform.

Responsibilities:

• Process and adjudicate health, dental, and vision insurance claims
• Perform quality assurance reviews of auto-adjudicated claims to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
• Analyze claim documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with plan benefits
• Collaborate with our technology team to identify patterns and opportunities for automation
• Share claims processing expertise with team members and contribute to knowledge base development
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our claims processing workflows
• Document best practices and unusual case resolutions

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in health insurance claims processing
• 3+ years of experience with spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets)
• 3+ years of experience using multiple software systems simultaneously, including claims processing software systems

Preferred:

• Proven ability to identify patterns and edge cases in claims processing
• Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving approach
• Experience creating detailed process documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Schedule:

• Part-time position: 20 hours per week
• Consistent daily schedule preferred, but flexibility available
• Remote work options available

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $16.00 - $19.00/hour This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
