We are currently seeking a Business Consulting-Commodities Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Description:

• Engage with business stakeholders understanding their needs and effectively communicate how those will be designed and eventually implemented, mainly though workshops.
• Define, elaborate and document business requirements.
• Prioritise business requirements with business and IT stakeholders.
• Define cost / benefit analysis of solutions.
• Manage and validate solution options such as working methodology, approach and feasibility to implement.
• Provide solutions for system design, implementation, and improvements for function and workflows.
• Peer review business requirements and recommended solutions.
• Understanding of the energy/commodity industry end-to-end. Power, Gas and / or Oil knowledge is preferred.
• Able to work with a geographical dispersed IT project delivery team and business stakeholders.

• Functional configuration experience of a CTRM
• Ability to communicate requirements and solutions to technical and business teams.
• Experience of full end to end project delivery methodology.
• An enthusiastic self-starter with proven problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Dynamic presentation skills and the ability to train/influence others.
• Experience in both physical and financial trading environments preferred.
• Strong problem identification skills and creativity to develop new, innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ideally have experience in consulting, but not essential
• Ability to work independently and on your own initiative.
• Ability and flexibility to adjust to a fast-changing and demanding environment.
