We are currently seeking a Business Consulting-Allegro Support Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Role Description:
- Be a hands-on as a Allegro support specialists
- Able to understand the criticality of user issues
- Responsible for support incident management and resolution
- Participate in global support issue resolution when necessary
- Participate in problem investigation
- Provide clear and professional communications to the client and the global NTT Data team
- Engage with functional and technical consultants to find solutions to support incidents
- Own and manage operational procedures
- Understanding of the energy/commodity industry end-to-end. Power, Gas and / or Oil knowledge is preferred.
- Able to work with a geographical dispersed team and business stakeholders.

Requirements:
- An enthusiastic self-starter with proven problem-solving skills.
- A proven team member
- Technical configuration experience of Allegro
- Familiarity with Allegro Class events (C# / .NET).
- Ability to communicate technical solutions to business and IT stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Dynamic presentation skills and the ability to train/influence others.
- Experience in both physical and financial trading environments (Gas and Power) preferred.
- Strong problem identification skills and creativity to develop new, innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ideally have experience in consulting, but not essential
- Ability to work independently and on your own initiative.
- Ability and flexibility to adjust to a fast-changing and demanding environment.
