We are currently seeking a Business Consulting-Allegro Support Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Description:

  • Be a hands-on as a Allegro support specialists
  • Able to understand the criticality of user issues
  • Responsible for support incident management and resolution
  • Participate in global support issue resolution when necessary
  • Participate in problem investigation
  • Provide clear and professional communications to the client and the global NTT Data team
  • Engage with functional and technical consultants to find solutions to support incidents
  • Own and manage operational procedures
  • Understanding of the energy/commodity industry end-to-end. Power, Gas and / or Oil knowledge is preferred.
  • Able to work with a geographical dispersed team and business stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • An enthusiastic self-starter with proven problem-solving skills.
  • A proven team member
  • Technical configuration experience of Allegro
  • Familiarity with Allegro Class events (C# / .NET).
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Dynamic presentation skills and the ability to train/influence others.
  • Experience in both physical and financial trading environments (Gas and Power) preferred.
  • Strong problem identification skills and creativity to develop new, innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ideally have experience in consulting, but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and on your own initiative.
  • Ability and flexibility to adjust to a fast-changing and demanding environment.
