NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Business Analyst with Scrum Master experience to join their team in Jersey City, NJ. Strong communication skills is a MUST as this role will be facing all business areas of the bank
Excellent writing skill to deliver technical specifications at granular level to the development team
A strong understanding of commercial banking products, services and processes
5+ years in banking and financial services, with a focus on commercial banking products, services and processes
5+ years working as a Business Analyst in banking or HR domains with Scrum Master experience REQUIRED
Writing specifications to build reports
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Familiarity with banking systems and technologies, including Core banking system, ACH/Wire payment processing, risk management, and compliance
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people, engaging with stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needs
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Critical thinking and decision-making skills to evaluate alternatives and make recommendations
Require minimal guidance in day-to-day activities and delivery
Self-motivated with ever-growing attitude
