We are currently seeking a Business Analyst with P&C Commercial Lines to join our team in Warren, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).
Role Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Drive towards continuous improvement within various business areas.
- Manage Application Support team members who are directly reporting
- Manage the relationship with all internal and third-party service suppliers
- Follow and drive appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies

- Recognize and develop the technical nontechnical skills and abilities of team members
- Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders and communicate in business language
- Work with existing regional teams managing and mentoring
- Communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Hands-on experience in Production support (Application support) Supporting Applications Property & Causality insurance domain
- Commercial Lines insurance experience (especially Workers' comp, Audit, Auto, GL, Property, packaged policies.)
- WINS or the Policy Decisions application & functional knowledge
- Experience on the INSURITY Tool especially on the Policy Decisions application.
- Hands-on experience in any of the Incident Management tools like ServiceNow etc.
- Experience operating in an ITIL based organization
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or applicable experience
