NTT Data's client is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in New Brunswick, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

Job Description:
As Sr. Specialist, Process & Personnel Qualification Management Expert, you are responsible for guiding a global team of business owners and R&D Quality team members (including peer experts within PDM) through the end-to-end delivery of process, qualification and training in the R&D Quality supported Quality Management System (QMS) framework, enabling dedicated Business Partners to conduct R&D in an efficient and compliant way, resulting in programs that allow for seamless registration of the Pharmaceutical innovative products.

This role serves as a single point of contact for business partners where the PPQM Expert is responsible for roll out, personnel qualification and training of the overall applicable quality framework. As an owner of the E2E procedural framework they are responsible for overall development of the PPQM strategy and ensuring First-Time-Right principles are instigated in all PPQM deliverables.
You follow-up on project plans, tasks, schedules, scope, timelines and deliverables for dedicated business processes in the Janssen R&D/Medical Safety environment. You support complex Project Management across the full life cycle from a process design, procedural document delivery, training and qualification strategy, training delivery and final implementation - including the ongoing measurement and control on dedicated processes. You support necessary change management, risks management and resolve issues for projects, and support analysis of business processes. You provide updates to management and business owners by reporting on project progress and resolution of issues. You work with peers in R&D Quality ensure compliant training and procedural documents are installed for dedicated processes.
You seek continuous improvement of the internal delivery while using the standard processes and systems as part of the PPQM Value Stream

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is (HOURLY RATE $35- $40). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
