Frisco, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Job Description:
Client who have experience working with Eligibility files and documenting the requirements for onboarding new clients
Job Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements & Use Case development
- Mapping of data fields from claims system to encounter data warehouses
- Business UAT Test case scenario development
- Process documentation
- Work with client in understanding their 10+ proprietary files for sending Eligibility information.
- Document requirements
- Work with Program management team and IT
- Interacting with clients to elicit requirements
- Clean, concise requirements documentation and delivery
- Managing features backlog
- Managing sprint completion and delivery
- Business user testing

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst with a track record of successful completion of complex and mid-to-large scale projects
- Edifecs knowledge and experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of Outbound Encounter 837P/837I processes for Medicaid and/or Medicare businesses
- Knowledge of Edifecs Encounter Management Module is mandatory
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
- Strong critical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to develop elegant user stories, use cases, and well-defined functional specifications for software solutions
- Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders and diverse teams, towards meeting project goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end projects through Agile-based SDLC
- Sound understanding of the fundamental technicalities of the software development
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $60-$70/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
