We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage a team and ensure operational excellence.

• Team Leadership: Supervise the team to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to clients.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and report results and issues to higher-level leadership.
• Issue Resolution: Assist the team with escalated client or account issues.
• Workforce Management: Manage hiring, staffing, and maintaining a diverse and effective workforce.

• Administrative Oversight: Ensure appropriate record-keeping, required reports, and related administrative functions are accurate and maintained.
• Data Analysis: Compile and analyze data to identify trends and conduct root cause analysis.
