In these roles, you will be responsible for:

Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with leadership to align sales objectives with overall business strategy.

Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. Oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts and proposals.

Revenue and Performance Management: Monitor sales performance and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets. Identify and address performance gaps.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, service development, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience. Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and market positioning.

Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.

Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and decision-making.

Key Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to drive sales growth and exceed targets. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Required Skills for this role include:
  • 12 - 15 years of experience in sales (IT sales/ ITES/BPO/ hospitality/Commercial).
  • Minimum 8 experience in team handling (team Size must be 5 - 20)
  • Must have experience in generating leads & Client Onboarding.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Able to Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Should have good knowledge in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Role Required to travel/Client meeting.
  • Willing to work in Flexible shift including UK.

Preference

Proficiency in any CRM is preferred (Sales force / Zoho CRM )
