We are currently seeking a Bilingual Subject Matter Expert to join our team Remote based anywhere in Canada.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert - Service Catalog Analysis and Design. The ideal Subject Matter Expert brings a minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise-level business analysis, with expertise in service catalog design and strategic initiative delivery. They possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in business process modeling, and the ability to gather and document complex requirements. With experience in change management and stakeholder collaboration, they excel at aligning organizational goals with actionable outcomes. Knowledge of business and digital systems, and exceptional communication skills enable them to guide teams through transitions and deliver a well-structured, client-focused service catalog.

Job Description:
  • Analyze enterprise-level service requirements.
  • Perform business analysis of functional requirements.
  • Evaluate existing procedures and methods.
  • Define and document system interfaces
  • Identify opportunities for process redesign.
  • Guide strategic design of the service catalog.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders.
  • Service cost modeling advice and support.

Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in delivering enterprise-grade business transformation and business analysis outcomes, with a focus on enterprise-level systems or service catalogs.
  • Must have expertise in Service Catalog Design and Strategic Initiative Delivery.
  • Must be Bilingual (English & French).
  • Must have a valid Canadian Government Security Clearance.
  • Must have Public Sector experience.
  • Experience using tools such as Excel or Power BI.
  • Experience with tools such as BPMN or Visio considered an asset.

Key Skills:
  • Experience in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Knowledge and experience in enabling service delivery improvements for business teams across various service areas (ex. HR, legal, facilities, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles, particularly service design, service delivery, and continual service improvement.
  • Experience in resolving conflicting priorities and ensuring alignment among diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to guide organizations through process changes, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and smooth transitions.
  • Proven track record of supporting senior leaders and strategic initiatives.
  • Understanding of enterprise IT systems, service management platforms, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Proficiency in presenting ideas clearly, tailoring messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to evaluate trade-offs, assess risks, and recommend solutions that balance various priorities.
  • Experience in leading workshops, meetings, and collaborative sessions to drive outcomes.
