We are currently seeking a Automation Tester to join our team in REMOTE, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).
Job Description:
The Automation Tester thoroughly evaluates the software products according to the business standards or function requirements. The Automation Tester performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.
The Automation Tester isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes. Develops test data and procedures for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Very familiar with the software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies. Decisions are typically focus on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years knowledge of Postman and how to utilize it to validate API capabilities.
- Minimim 5 years experience of Splunk and how to analyze/troubleshoot Splunk log files.
- Basic understanding of ForgeRock, FR trees, how errors get logged, how to identify them.
- Experienced in SDLC
- High School Diploma
Preferred experience:
- Leadership experience, Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $50.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
