Role Responsibilities
  • Provides technical leadership in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting IAM solutions.
  • Hands on experience in CA SiteMinder, Azure AD B2C, EntraID (and Azure B2C knowledge/experience is an advantage)
  • Implement integration of corporate and third-party applications with Entra ID (Azure AD), leveraging SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and WS-Fed protocols to ensure secure authentication and authorization.
  • Implement and manage Azure AD B2C for customer-facing applications, delivering seamless identity management and an enhanced user experience for external customers.
  • Expected to work on the existing SiteMinder SSO infrastructure (monitoring, SSL update, memory clean-up, work with hosting team for upgrade etc.)
  • Creates and maintains standards surrounding documentation related to identity processes, and infrastructure.
  • Ability to challenge previous assumptions and identify innovative methods for solving a problem
  • Expected to take a client-oriented approach to their work providing technical consultancy to clients and Marketing teams.
  • Knowledge and experience on Incident management. In addition, service requests and change management process in Service Now.
