Summary

Kot Tehnolog proizvodnih procesov II boste v ospredju pri razvoju inovativnih proizvodnih procesov za optimizacijo naših downstream postopkov (DSP). Delali boste z najnovejšo bioreaktorsko tehnologijo ter uporabili svoje znanje o celičnih kulturah in avtomatizaciji za načrtovanje in izvajanje procesnih poskusov, ki bodo izboljšali učinkovitost in kakovost.

As a Process Expert II, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative manufacturing processes to optimize our downstream processes (DSP). You will work with the latest bioreactor technology and use your knowledge of cell culture and process automation to design and implement process experiments that will improve efficiency and quality.

Vaše ključne odgovornosti:

• Nadzor in optimizacija proizvodnih procesov, procesnih tehnologij in izdelkov na oddelku DSP (delo z bioreaktorji, izvajanje aseptičnih tehnik, sodelovanje pri avtomatizaciji in optimizaciji bioreaktorjev).

• Odgovornost za doseganje zahtevane kakovosti in obsega proizvodnje.

• Zagotavljanje skladnosti obstoječih izdelkov in tehnoloških postopkov ter izdelava tehnološke dokumentacije.

• Sodelovanje pri izbiri, prenosu in zagonu opreme.

• Sodelovanje pri ocenjevanjih, validacijah in reševanju zahtevnejših odstopov na oddelku DSP.

• Vodenje ali zagotavljanje operativne podpore ekipam med prenosom tehnologije/izdelka v proizvodnjo.

• Spremljanje procesov (na primer rast in produktivnost celičnih kultur), ugotavljanje morebitnih trendov in zagotavljanje pravočasnega posredovanja v primeru opaženih negativnih trendov.

• Kontaktna oseba za platformo, po potrebi zastopate lokacijo na globalni ravni.

Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:

• Izobrazba smeri farmacevtske tehnologije, kemije, farmacije ali podobne znanstvene vede.

• Zaželen magisterij ali enakovredne izkušnje.

• Dobro znanje angleščine in slovenskega jezika.

• Poznavanje orodij MS Office.

Z izbranim kandidatom bomo sklenili delovno razmerje za določen čas enega leta s poskusno dobo 6 mesecev.

Your key responsibilities:

• Control and optimization of production processes, process technologies and products in the DSP department (work with bioreactors, implementation of aseptic techniques, cooperation in automation and optimization of bioreactors).
• Responsibility for achieving the required quality and production volumes.
• Ensuring the compliance of existing products and technological processes and creating technological documentation.
• Cooperation in selections, transfers and commissioning of equipment.
• Participation in assessments, validations and in resolving more demanding resignations at the DSP department.
• Lead or provide operational support to teams during technology / product transfers in production.
• Monitor processes (for example: cell culture growth and productivity), identify possible trends and ensure timely interventions in the event of observed negative trends.
• Act as point of contact for platform, support global initiatives as assigned, represent site at global if applicable.

What you will bring to the role:

• BSc. in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent scientific degree. Desirable MSc. or equivalent experience.
• Active knowledge of English and Slovene language.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools.

We offer temporary employment of one year with 6 months of probation period.
