About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic lead: Partner with the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to define and implement transformative change programs, ensuring the function is future-ready and aligned with our organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization, fostering cohesive execution of programs and maximizing impact.
  • Process understanding: Utilize your deep understanding of talent acquisition processes to identify new solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Autonomous operation: Take ownership of program coordination, making critical decisions and solving complex problems with minimal supervision, ensuring end-to-end program management from design to implementation.
  • Curiosity and innovation: Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation, staying at the forefront of the latest talent acquisition trends and technologies.
  • Leadership and mentorship: Exhibit exceptional leadership skills to guide and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

What you bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully coordinating complex programs.
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition processes.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and guide stakeholders towards common goals.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills, delivering results within set timelines, and the ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions.
  • High level of curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
  • Ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation within the team and the organization.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Background in AI, machine learning, or related technology fields is a plus.
