Major Accountabilities:
Sr. Spec. DDIT US&I SD is responsible for the delivery of projects and operations, collaborating closely with DDIT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution evaluation, and contribute to the successful deployment of projects and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with DDIT Strategic Business Partners and relevant Business stakeholders to support the demand, propose solutions, evaluate alternatives, and provide funding estimates.
- Solution Delivery: Partner with Technology Service/Solutions Delivery teams to ensure that platform and product strategies align with key market needs, while being scalable and reusable for priority and smaller markets.
- Project Execution: Ensure timely, compliant, secure, and within-budget delivery of projects in the assigned business domain.
- Business Value Delivery: Ensure that all services, solutions, platforms, and products meet business objectives and deliver the intended impact.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on success metrics and KPIs for stakeholders within the domain.
- Industry Awareness: Keep up with emerging industry trends and practices to drive agility, speed, and efficiency in the solutions delivered.
- User-Centric Approach: Ensure that the overall user experience is considered when designing, deploying and operations support for the new solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to security and compliance policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience:
- At least 8+ years in IT Project/Product Delivery, global project management, people leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical sectors with a focus on IT product/solution delivery is an added advantage.
- Skills:
- Project management, budget management, and risk management.
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and performance management skills.
- Ability to manage service delivery and balance global solutions with local needs.
- Proficiency in working with global teams, collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with proven ability to engage with senior management and foster trust-based relationships.
Languages: Fluent in English.
