-Specialist for project delivery and/or operations in the given business sub -capability. -Partner with Business Stakeholders and DDIT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery -Drive operations of systems and applications in scope (both Global and Local), ensuring their stability and integrity and meeting customer service levels.

About the Role

ROLE PURPOSE

• Lead technology delivery horizontal (across domains/business capability areas) focusing on set of technology platform capabilities, solutions, and services.

• Define enterprise technology direction, strategy, and roadmap for cross-functional platforms and systems in alignment with strategic priorities in partnership with Platform Architecture team.

• Responsible for ensuring technology (platform and systems) needs are met at scale for the enterprise, following industry best practices and continuous improvement

• Define and execute technology delivery strategy catering to multiple business areas with an aim of bringing cutting-edge innovation, process standardization across platforms and systems with high focus on user experience and scalability.

• Partner with Domain Service Delivery for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates.

• Ensure on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio.

• Create reusable and scalable assets and deploy them across functions and geographies to generate the desired business value and impact•

• Run efficient end-to-end value flow (from development to operations) for platforms, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance for technology areas of responsibility.

• Establish governance structure for projects, operations, etc. with right stakeholder representation.

• Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders in TT and business.

• Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness.

• Active participation in external technology ecosystem such as key speaker engagements, panel discussions, etc.

• Strong understanding of Azure Rights Management and Information Protection.

• Strong understanding around the AIP encryption/decryption process and it's associations and integration with other systems including O365 services.

• Fair understanding around various services under the O365 Security and Compliance service.

• Work with O365/Cloud service providers to drive roadmaps and deliver solutions necessary to meet internal requirements, particularly in the areas of , security & compliance, eDiscovery using Azure Information Protection and other related services.

• Delivery on agreed KPIs including business impact.

• Launch of innovative technology solutions across Novartis at scale.

• Project / product portfolio execution performance (schedule, cost, quality, risks, compliance).

• Adoption and development of Agile, Productization and DevOps practices.

• Operations stability and effective risk management.

• Feedback on customer experience

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• 8+ years of broad IT experience in an enterprise environment. In-depth knowledge of infrastructure, systems management and application architecture

• Good understanding of AIP and RMS, O365 Security & Compliance service.

• Good to have scripting knowledge using PnP, Graph APIs, PowerShell etc. to design and lead automations around the O365 Platform services area.

• Good to have related Microsoft certification.
