Summary
The Specialist for Data Digital and IT (DDIT) Operations ITOT Automation Engineering will be required to collaborate the OT scope of Semi-automated and Automated lines being deployed and operated across the RLT Network.
Furthermore will participate in establishing, maintaining and improving the automation processes with respect to site buildings, equipment and utilities. will Support all the automation projects and initiatives.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Automation Development: Design and develop Process Control Systems, including coding and recipes for DCS, SCADA, PLCs, and Control Networks.
- Historian Configuration: Implement and maintain historian configurations for modules, visualization, and OPEX.
- Software Change Controls: Manage software change controls related to automation and system changes.
- Master Batch Records: Design and implement Master Batch Records (MBR) for MES.
- OT Activities: Develop and deliver OT activities such as backup and recovery, patch management, remote access, and user access.
- Project Automation & Control: Prepare equipment specifications, execute health and safety risk assessments, and manage project commissioning and handover.
- Technical Services Operations: Improve the availability and reliability of technical services, including infrastructure and utilities.
- Strategy & Organizational Development: Support audits, implement technical standards, lead improvement projects, and develop talent.
- Maintenance & Calibration: Enhance the reliability and condition of assets, establish maintenance processes, and investigate deviations.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Develop strategies and frameworks for managing vendor and contractor contracts.

Role Requirements
- 1+ year of engineering experience in Automation, in OT, in Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience in resolving software /automation / OT problems & maintain reliable operation of all building control / automation / OT and related systems.
- Ability to Own and develop automation solutions that are consistent with specific needs of the manufacturing environment while complying and supporting the global standards.
- Effective communications skills with the ability to present ideas & solutions.
- Skills in C&Q within the automation (CSV).
- Knowledge of GxP / HSE & Quality systems
- English language both written and spoken
