Summary

As a Senior Technical Trainer, you will be a part of the Manufacturing Unit team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide aseptic specialist shopfloor knowledge and act as a Subject Matter Expert in aseptic pharmaceutical processes and aseptic process technologies related to Cell and Gene Therapy.
You will support aseptic processes and standards to maintain and improve MU performance and to implement new innovative concepts and strategies for the manufacturing of Cell & Gene Therapy products.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Role model with deep knowledge of aseptic manufacturing process concepts, methods & strategies to guarantee state-of-the art quality of Cell & Gene Therapy products.
  • Supports manufacturing success by providing and increasing technical aseptic know-how, training others, and working in assigned projects with the rest of the organization.
  • Provide scientific expertise on broad topics related to aseptic manufacturing of cell therapies.
  • Responsible for aseptic oversight in clean-room areas in Manufacturing Unit for Cell & Gene Therapy.
  • Maintains work at inspection readiness level; provides necessary support in any internal or external audit in addition to providing input and reviews of regulatory documentation if applicable.
  • Supports team members in trouble shooting, investigating, and documentation by providing expertise as Subject Matter Expert and by harmonizing and optimizing related aseptic concepts & strategies across the unit.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an aseptic/sterile GMP pharmaceutical environment.
  • Technical Aseptic and CGT Experience in Manufacturing Unit, Quality, MS&T, etc.
  • Individual and collaborative contributions that support timely progression of projects.
  • Taking proactive measures and actively advancing team objectives in consultation with the supervisor.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and oral).
  • German language skills are desirable.
  • IT-Knowledge (MS Office Packet, SVIZ, VIZART, SAP, Outlook., MES, 1QEM, CONDOR, docfinder...)
