Duration: 1 year

Preferred start date: January 2025

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assess the Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) status in new indications and determine the suitability of existing COA measures and Digital Health Technologies
  • Partner with different functions of Development and Value & Access to develop COA and Digital Endpoint strategies for individual programs
  • Advance the patient-centric culture in Novartis. Support the implementation of a patient engagement and patient experience data framework and related change management initiatives, training and communication,
  • Develop and contribute to the conduct of training sessions to advance the knowledge of 5,000 Novartis associates regarding Patient-Reported Outcomes and Patient Experience Data
  • Develop and publish posters and manuscripts

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Recent Postdoc with medical or scientific degree (MD or PhD)
  • Knowledge of Patient-Reported Outcomes and interest in patient-centered drug development
  • Clinical research experience
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Project Management Skills
  • Structured approach, attention to detail, taking task ownership through to successful delivery
  • Business-level written and spoken English.
  • Advanced IT literacy, quickly learning new technology
