Summary

-Manage the design, deployment and delivery of highly complex projects (determined by budget, timeline urgency and stakeholder) providing IT solutions that meet business requirements. -Direct project teams (internal and external) and maintain control of progress, quality, and budget to meet the desired business objectives. -Setup and run all project related meetings and maintain the record of actions, decisions, issues, risks and act the primary point of contact for all project related escalations. -Act as the liaison between the business and IT stakeholders and coordinate activities that require cross functional collaboration. -Ensure a smooth transition to operations and the optimal planning and execution of all activities associated with a release.

Major accountabilities:

  • On time, high quality and within budget delivery of program & parallel projects deliverables meeting key milestones of Lean Digital Core Program.

Key performance indicators:

  • Projects are effectively managed, enabling them to be on time, to budget and to the expected quality level.
  • Customer satisfaction .
  • Adherence to applicable Security and Compliance policies and controls; defined project management methodologies, tools, and practices; and to delivery processes for IT projects.
  • Successful deployments, measured by project KPI's.
  • Benefits delivered by portfolio ($, risk mitigation, technology innovation, value added).

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

  • 6+ years of project management experience in context of large & complex programs
  • Strong understanding of ERP Commercial processes
  • Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects desired
