Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and assistance in the integration of our IT and OT (Operational Technology) systems
• Maintain and Troubleshoot software applications suited for the plant's specific requirements

• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, and GAMP guidelines to uphold the quality standards of the plant
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT infrastructure and software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize network integration solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in IT infrastructure and software development
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide timely updates on projects
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in IT/OT infrastructure and software development
• Strong knowledge and experience in IT Infrastructure including network integration and security
• Proficient in supporting mission critical manufacturing sites on 24x7 basis
• Familiarity with GXP (Good Manufacturing / Laboratory Practices), Data integrity, SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), and GAMP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice) guidelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure and operational technology
• Solid understanding of network integration principles and protocols
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Familiarity with GMP, SOP, GAMP, and other relevant regulations and guidelines
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $84,000 and $126,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
