We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the delivery of internal and outsourced projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Managing the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations


  • Delivering projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives

  • Establishing plan and initiating project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities


  • Ensuring appropriate use of project management methods and tools depending on the type of project (e.g. Agile)


  • Directing outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources


  • Monitoring and controlling execution of project and establish project governance, managing risks and issues


  • Ensuring project adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope

Minimum Requirements:

  • University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences or similar


  • A minimum of 8+ years of IT project management experience preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry especially in the Drug Development function


  • Knowledge of GxP, 21CFR Part 11 and the CSV lifecycle


  • Experience as a Product Owner for Platforms or Large complex solution is an added advantage.


  • Proficient skills in global teams, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, working in a matrix environment and conflict resolution.


  • 3+ years of working knowledge on product management, agile methodologies.


  • Exposure/working experience in digital innovation projects is an added advantage.


  • Data Strategy, Data science or data standardization experience an advantage.
  • English fluent

Desirable requirements:

  • 7+ years of IT project management experience preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry especially in the Drug Development function


  • 3+ hands-on experience on Agile projects
