- provide expert support to superiors in BPA as well as insightful and value added analysis and decision support to Site Proximity Finance Lead and the management of the production unit (PU) or quality unit (QA) of a Making
Medicine production site;
- you shall provide financial and administrative support to company organizations regarding
BPA programs;

About the Role

Vaše ključne odgovornosti:

  • Podpora neposrednemu vodji in vodji financ na mestu pri operativni uresničitvi strateških ciljev BPA na določenem področju poslovanja (PU, QA).
  • Sodelovanje z neposrednimi vodji in vodjo financ na mestu pri podpori finančnih dejavnosti (proračun, LO, LF, Spot landing, strateško načrtovanje, načrtovanje kapitala, priprava CAR), odločanju in splošnim projektom.
  • Zagotavljanje analiz ali poročil z osredotočenostjo na natančnost, skladnost in pravočasnost zagotovljenih podatkov.
  • Stalno spremljanje in merjenje poslovne uspešnosti na področju poslovanja (vodja PU, vodja QA, vodstvo na mestu).
  • Zagotavljanje celovitost podatkov in nudenje analize z dodano vrednostjo; podajte priporočila za izboljšanje natančnosti napovedi.
  • Podpora izboljšavam in poenostavitvam obstoječih procesov poročanja vodenja; podpora določanju in izvajanju vitkih procesov.
  • Koordinacija poslovnega partnerstva z drugimi področji poslovanja (FRA, dobavna veriga in druge funkcije) za podporo pravočasnemu in natančnemu zbiranju informacij.
  • Podpora stroškovnemu vrednotenju izdelkov z zagotavljanjem natančnih podatkov, zbranih pravočasno (npr. poti, serije, kampanje, izgube donosa itd.), izračunavanjem aktivnosti in stroškov poslovanja ter usklajevanjem postopka izračunavanja z ekipo za stroškovno vrednotenje izdelkov. Pregled TPC izračunov, preverjanje pravilnosti in pojasnjevanje sprememb v primerjavi s prejšnjimi TPC (usklajevanje).
  • Druge naloge, kot jih določi nadrejeni.

Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:

  • Univerzitetna izobrazba s področja financ, ekonomije ali druge ustrezne stroke.
  • Tekoče znanje angleščine (pisno in ustno).
  • Dobro poznavanje programa Microsoft Office.
  • Najmanj 1 leto izkušenj na področju financ ali druge ekonomske panoge.

Major accountabilities:

  • Support direct manager and Site Finance Lead with the operational conversion of the BPA strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business (PU, QA).
  • Work with direct managers and Site Finance Lead to support financial activities (Budget, LO, LF, Spot landing, Strategic Planning, CAPEX planning, CAR preparation), decision making and general projects.
  • Provide analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided.
  • Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured, and drive early warning for re-direction of resources with Business Partners (PU Head, QA Head, Site management)
  • Ensure integrity of data provided by manufacturing teams, and provide value added analysis; provide recommendations on improving forecast accuracy.
  • Support the improvement and streamlining of existing management reporting processes; support the definition and implementation of lean processes.
  • Coordinate Business Partnering with other areas of the business (FRA, Supply Chain and other functions) to support on time and accurate information gathering.
  • Support Product costing by ensuring data are accurate and collected on time (e.g. routings, batch sizes, campaign sizes, yield losses etc), calculating activity and overhead rates and aligning the calculating process with the Product costing team. Review TPC calculations, checking for correctness and explaining changes vs previous TPCs (reconciliation).

Minimum Requirements:

  • University Degree in Finance, Economics or other relevant field.
  • Fluent in English (both written and oral).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Min. 1 year experience in financial or other economics field.
