Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer, the Corporate Strategy team drives high profile, compa-ny-wide strategic initiatives that address the top priorities for the company.
While our roles are highly visible and demanding, we have a unique opportunity to shape global healthcare trends and work with senior leaders across our businesses to execute our company's agenda.

About the Role

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Independently drive strategic business projects for Novartis Group, the CEO and the Executive Committee
• Generate strategic insights based on best-in-class analysis, distill outputs and recommendations which enable informed decisions of top-level leaders
• Actively contribute to annual strategic planning process
• Invests in knowledge / functional spike on behalf of strategy team
• Proactively identify trends and opportunities to shape the CEO and ECN agenda
• Provide insight into Health Care Systems as our core customer
• Develop network of functional experts and strategy managers across Novartis.

• Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred (PhD, MBA)
• Proficiency in English required, (spoken and written) with proficiency in other languages a plus.
• Significant experience gained in a top tier consultancy (engagement manager or associate principal level).
• Extensive project and program management experience in strategic projects, ideally in pharma/healthcare with a track record of strong business impact.
• Effective and persuasive communicator with strong presentation, communication (both written and verbal), influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience in executive level communications.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, to be determined based on business needs.
