Key responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and organizing website content for migration, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the migration plan.
- Support in the upload process, conducting thorough testing, and performing quality checks on the migrated website to ensure proper functionality and adherence to design standards.
- Analyze user feedback and conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement, making suggestions to enhance the website's user experience.
- Assist in documenting the migration process, including creating detailed reports, updating documentation, and providing support in training sessions to ensure smooth implementation and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with the digital team to plan and execute email marketing campaigns using SFMC. This includes email template design, content creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and scheduling.
Essential requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree, Master degree
- Languages: English (German and French are a plus)
Desirable requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
- Familiarity with content management systems, website development processes and SFMC is a plus.
- Basic Understanding of Email Marketing: Familiarity with the fundamental concepts and principles of email marketing, including audience segmentation, campaign creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics related to email campaigns, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates. Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools is beneficial.
