Support new and ongoing clinical research and clinical trials and ensure efficient and timely processing of confidentiality agreements and clinical agreements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the clinical development strategy for our CRM (Clinical Research Management) program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trials, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Drive the development and execution of clinical protocols, monitoring the progress of studies and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, mentoring and developing team members to reach their full potential.
  • Build strong connections with external individuals and groups, such as influential figures and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences / healthcare (or clinically relevant degree) is required. PharmD or PhD is strongly preferred
    • Minimum 7 years experience in clinical research or drug development
    • Working knowledge of the assigned disease area (Cardiovascular) is desired with proven ability to interpret, discuss and present efficacy and safety data relating to clinical trial(s) or program level
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical trial design, execution, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to determine appropriate actions based on data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams from different departments.
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of patients and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.
