Summary

CellChain is used to maintain the chain of identity of personalized CAR-T products from order through revenue recognition and financial reporting. The major components of Order Management system for this role include but not limited to; front-end application based on Salesforce technology, S4HANA, and SAP cloud platform (SCP).

There is a need for a resource to liaise with CellChain product owners, Master data and DDIT teams to build release and project plans for CellChain. This resource will assist the product owners to plan and launch product features for implementation, manage backlog of requirements, contribute to overall delivery of product roadmap and act as a project manager for system readiness in context of master data readiness.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Project Manager, the resource will work closely with the Customer Enabling Technologies Head to execute against the product vision which serves as a north star for the team. The vision should also include long-term direction of the product solution, e.g. support for all indications and therapeutic areas, as well as short-term vision of each release, e.g. customer-focused or operational enhancements.
  • Work with all the Product Owners to ensure that the team has a shared understanding of the customer and business needs.
  • Create a detailed master data project plan (new therapy introduction, major changes in system or supply chain scenarios...) for CellChain system readiness. Regularly follow up with Master data team on tasks & entire project execution. Enable detailed and high-level visibility of project status and progress to Product owners and project leads.
  • Help maintain release roadmaps and have these tied to external and internal dependencies. These roadmaps will be communicated broadly with other POs and external stakeholders.
  • Help maintain overall product backlog and lead grooming sessions which spans all system requirements.
  • Support planning and launch activities and ensure delivery is planned against available team capacity and dependencies.
  • Facilitate and contribute to demos; will gather feedback from primary stakeholders and review progress against objectives.
  • Review the deliverables / features against the acceptance criteria and approve them for release by working closely with stakeholders.
  • Define releases, including new features & allocations for technical debt.
  • Continuously develop and communicate the vision to the agile Teams, while defining the features of the Product.
  • Support the flow of work into the program backlog and always ensure enough Features in the backlog.
  • Ensure all internal & external stakeholders are prepared to receive and utilize release value.

Essential Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience working on various roles in project or product teams


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams without formal authority


  • Pharmaceutical/industry experience


  • GxP/system/IT experience

Desirable Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent 4-year University degree - preferably in technical (IT, engineering) field of study
