About the Role

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Domain Expertise:
    • Apply in-depth knowledge of life sciences, including drug discovery, development, and clinical trials, to support AI-driven initiatives.
    • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI and their potential applications in the life sciences industry.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Collaborate with customers to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Conduct thorough analyses of business processes and workflows, finding opportunities for AI-driven improvements and efficiencies.
    • Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support AI projects.

  • Apply Generative AI technologies to analyze large and complex datasets, identifying patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Work with data scientists and AI engineers to develop and deploy AI models that address business needs in the life sciences domain.
  • Ensure AI solutions are interpretable, actionable, and integrated into existing workflows.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Communicate complex AI concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical customers, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
    • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to engage customers and drive consensus on AI initiatives.
  • Regulatory & Ethical Compliance:
    • Ensure that AI solutions align with regulatory requirements and ethical standards relevant to the life sciences industry.
    • Monitor and address potential risks associated with the deployment of AI technologies.

  • Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Experience as a Business Analyst in the biomedical research domain, with a focus on chemical, pre-clinical, and clinical research.
    • Solid understanding of GenerativeAI and AI technologies, with practical experience in their application within the biomedical field.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
    • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering projects.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers at all levels.
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the pharmaceutical and biomedical research sectors.
