Summary

Deployment Business Data Migration Lead on LDC ERP program ensures data is delivered according to global/deployment/country requirements and timelines within the region. This position builds the bridge between the global data team and the local data owners to ensure adherence to Data Quality Standards.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate business-related data migration activities for relevant project(s) within the region and remove roadblocks in execution.
  • Ensure that adequate resources are assigned for all data migration activities.
  • Oversee execution of business-led data migration strategy activities (cleansing, verification/approvals etc.)
  • Perform Stakeholder management in relevant countries & deployment teams.
  • Define harmonized data cleansing approaches and related tools
  • Assume full accountability and responsibility for tasks assigned to Business Data Migration Experts and Business Data Owners on relevant project(s) within the region.
  • Oversee verification activities and approvals performed by Business Data Migration Experts and Business Data Owners and provide overall business approval for the scripts.
  • Coordinate all aspects of dual maintenance process for relevant project(s) within the region.

Main Requirements:

  • 10+ years in country & global roles
  • ERP project implementation experience
  • Data migration execution experience, leading data experts
  • Strong business acumen with broad understanding of Master Data business processes
  • Cross-functional expertise/knowledge in master data and business processes
  • Strong leadership; can thrive in an international, matrix-based organization
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, good stakeholder management
  • Strategic and hands on way of working (running meetings, tracking progress, managing issues)
  • Resource management, and experience in building and managing virtual teams
