The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the OT scope of the automated lines across the network, managing the team effectively, and coordinating with cross-functional teams both locally and globally. Strong communication and leadership skills are required, as the TEMA lead will be responsible for interacting with the automated line vendor and ensuring that timelines and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a thought leader and influencer across teams in RLT, able to manage project teams and be a trusted partner for key stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise for the design, configuration, installation, and maintenance of automation software and associated hardware; including interacting with other teams as necessary.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance, reliability, and efficiency of the OT systems used on the automated manufacturing lines.
  • Strong Project management experience and ability to drive project teams to successful outcomes.
  • Interact heavily with the Semi-Automated line vendor to ensure timely delivery, effective troubleshooting, and adherence to SLAs.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience and managing teams in an IT or Automation, in a GMP Pharma environment.
  • Experience in leading project teams and proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong leadership and decision making abilities
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of automation systems, computer system validation, and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluent in English. Italian a plus.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of radioligand therapy manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus
