Summary
The IT Site Business Partner for Technical Research and Development to be based in Ivrea Italy captures IT demand, collaborates with IT functions, and supports the implementation of digital strategies at the Ivrea site. The role contributes to the Product Roadmap, supports global rollouts and change management, and works with the Italy Ivrea DDIT OPS ITOT team. It leads IT projects, gathers requirements, creates demand, and prioritizes IT projects and features. Additionally, the role acts as a business analyst in TRD IT Digital plant projects, manages the product lifecycle, and represents business and customer strategy at the site.
About the Role
Role Responsibilities:
- Drive innovation in tech-driven business capabilities and processes, leading conversations with a consulting mindset.
- Accountable for TRD Data and Digital, and Digital Plant Program delivery to the TRD Ivrea Italy business.
- Partner with TRD Business to drive Data and Digital Programs, co-owning transformation outcomes.
- Measure and drive business value of TRD Data and Digital Programs.
- Improve the 'ease of engagement' with IT for the TRD Ivrea Italy business.
- Serve as a key business partner for TRD Ivrea Italy business continuity, handling escalations and key decisions.
- Ensure adherence to Security & Compliance policies for TRD IT systems at Ivrea Italy site.
- Identify and prioritize features for the Product Backlog, ensuring the Development Team understands them.

Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Awareness of Lean/6 Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile methodology. Project management and change management experience.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- 8+ years in Pharma or IT global industry and 6 years in Digital Plant IT domain.
- Ability to work and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Experience collaborating across boundaries and influencing without authority.
- Interactions with senior management and leveraging digital technology/big data.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Technical and scientific knowledge of pharmaceutical/technical research and development, biologics, and chemical analytical and process development processes.
- Proven track record in delivering global digital plant solutions.
