Summary
Specialist in Techno-Functional aspects of project delivery within the Healthcare domain (Regulatory and Clinical Operations).
Collaborate with Business Stakeholders and IT Strategic Business Partners to oversee projects and operations of systems and applications within scope, ensuring their stability, integrity, and adherence to customer service levels.
Ensure all services and major accountabilities (following ITOM Role, Anchor Role, Design Authority Input/Function Input) are delivered according to the agreed SLAs.
About the Role
Roles and responsibilities:
- Lead discussions with business stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements for the Integration Platform/Data Hub.
- Ensure projects move from requirements to design and development per business needs.
- Understand the integration landscape (Data/System).
- Manage delivery and operations of systems, ensuring stability, integrity, and meeting service levels.
- Partner with vendors to stay updated on upgrades and technology changes.
- Track and report KPIs for stakeholders in your domain/functions.
- Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies.
- Monitor supplier operations.

Essential Requirements:
- Over 8 years of industry experience in IT, healthcare, or pharma, with expert knowledge of technology and methodologies relevant to these areas.
- Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle and PLSQL development.
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst within the Healthcare Domain, particularly focused on Clinical Operations and Regulatory Affairs.
- Proficiency in drafting user requirements, test cases/scenarios, and translating business terms into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with tools such as Veeva, HP ALM, JIRA, Toad/PLSQL Developer for requirements capture.
- Experience with system integrations and Data Hubs.
- Knowledge of GxP aspects and validation document authoring, including testing-related documents.
Education & Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent relevant experience.
