Job Description


Plans, organizes and carries-out strategic sales and plans within assigned territory.


Job Responsibility


  • Promotes awareness and use of products and services to prospective organizations including physician offices, nursing homes, clinics, hospitals and other care providers.

  • Plans, organizes and carries-out presentations and group events for healthcare professionals.

  • Strives to meet planned sales goals and objects by: contacting potential customers, identifying customer's needs, persuading use of the products and services through knowledgeable use of comparisons and contrasts with other providers, closing the sale, and providing after-sales service.

  • Coordinates sales related efforts between client healthcare organizations and the rehabilitation operations.

  • Maintains related records.

  • Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

    • Location: LI but willing to travel to NYC

    • Schedule: Hybrid with ocassional meetings with clients

    Prefrred Skills


    • Possess Strong NY Metro Broker and Consultant relationships

    • Experience selling self-insured benefit plans to mid-market employers

    • Experience with Blue Cross/blue shield, United, Cigna, Aetna

    • NY Health Insurance License required

    • Experience with Third Party Administrators (TPAs).

    • 5 years + exp preferred

    Job Qualification


    • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

    • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
