Plans and organizes the development, coordination, and management of programs, services, and policies identified by the leadership. Oversees the planning, organizing, and operational performance of identified business units and corporate initiatives. Participates in the development and implementation of financial and strategic planning activities; facilitates quality improvement initiatives and the integration of the organizational values.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated, required.
Highly Preferred:
- Experience Serving as a strategic advisor to the Chief Consumer Digital Services (or other C-suite executives) to provide guidance, offer insights, aid in decision-making, and make recommendations to optimize CDS strategies and operations.
- Able to articulate the business value and impact of CDS and serve as an advocate and champion for all CDS efforts.
- Support the Chief Consumer Digital Services in formulating, planning, and executing the overall CDS strategy and roadmap in alignment with Northwell's mission and goals.
- Develop and build relationships with key stakeholders within EDS and across Northwell to ensure alignment, increase collaboration, and drive outcomes.
- Drive the development and maintenance of the CDS operating model including the governance model, organizational structure, business engagement model, key capabilities, and associated processes to ensure success of CDS initiatives.
- Provide direct executive support including presentation development, meeting facilitation, executive communications, and additional tasks as directed by the Chief Consumer Digital Services.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, increased engagement, and better alignment with all stakeholders.
- Support the management, development, engagement and tracking of CDS personnel and financials as directed by Chief Consumer Digital Services.
- Oversee and drive high priority projects and initiatives.
- Healthcare industry is a plus.
