Job Description
Plans and conducts nutritional programs, under supervision, to assist in the promotion of health and control of disease. Provides nutritional assessment, education and counseling to individuals and/or groups. Serves as a resource on nutrition and dietetics to nurses, health educators or other health care providers in the facility.
Full time schedule working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
Looking for candidates with vas knowledge in diabetic supplies and diabetic pumps.
Job Responsibility
- Plans and conducts nutritional programs, under supervision, to assist in the promotion of health and control of disease.
- Assesses nutritional needs and considers patients' cultural, educational, and learning issues.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Food, Nutrition or Dietetics, required.
- Registered Dietitian, required.
- Current Diabetes Educator Certification, required.
- Knowledge of diabetic supplies and diabetic pumps, preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, required.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State, required.
- Current Diabetes Educator Certification, required.
- Minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible, related experience to ensure familiarity with scope of program.
- Knowledge of diabetic supplies and diabetic pumps, preferred.
