The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Property/Asset Management organization, coordinating property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government/customer and company assets in compliance with applicable government regulations and corporate policies.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Effectively oversees capitalization activities within the NGAS sector, ensuring financial compliance, accountability, and accuracy

Engage with relevant stakeholders to enhance the effective utilization, reutilization, and optimization of disposition activities

Improve and exceed forecast expectations for capitalizations and impairments

Effectively manages the property Lifecyle of customer and Northrop Grumman property in accordance with prescribed regulations, procedures, and policies.

Conduct internal and external property assessments and analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance to Contracts and Programs regarding Property life-cycle management and government property contractual requirements.

Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret data for reporting purposes.

The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, diverse assignments, with individual and team assignments across all levels.

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

Bachelor's degree with 8 years of Asset management, or Government Contracts experience

12 years of government asset management experience will be considered in lieu of degree

Diverse knowledge of Government Property related contractual requirements, including FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and DFARS property management clauses.

Proficient with Microsoft Office including Powerpoint and Excel formulas, charts and pivot tables

The ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

NPMA Certified Professional Property Manager (CPPM) certification

Strong leadership experience with proven ability to train and motivate team members towards operational excellence.

Experience in developing and implementing processes and procedures in accordance with leadership strategy

Risk Management experience including development of RCCAs and implementation of corrective action plans.

Property Management experience supporting manufacturing facilities

Experience supporting and/or performing compliance audits including Property Management System Audits (PMSA)

Experience with industry leading practices, techniques and standards as they pertain to property and asset management.

Salary Range: $103,200.00 - $154,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
