Northrop Grumman Aerospace Sector is seeking a Senior Principal Product Support Integrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Product Support organization in Rancho Bernardo, CA.

Accomplish You are expected to be a highly motivated, resourceful, self-starter able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers in high-tempo environments. You will actively work the Program Management Office (PMO) to integrate, control, and manage program requirements to ensure success of program. You will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the primary liaison between program management and the Product Support Integrated Product Team (IPT) disciplines. You will conduct Earn Value Management (EVM) for Product Support IPT on the 407th USAF Global Hawk RQ4 Program. You should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and work best in a collaborative/team setting across all levels. You should be comfortable with applying analytical reasoning skills, identifying continuous improvement opportunities in PMO operations, dealing effectively with change and being a flexible team member, and possess solid organizational abilities.
Essential Functions:

Support the Program Management Office and Leadership to accomplish a variety of precise, time-sensitive monthly deliverables, metrics, and presentations

Collaborate across Functions to ensure all objectives are met

Assist with monitoring progress, assessing project issues and driving actions to closure to meet program goals and objectives

Perform program resource management, including coordination of project staffing baselines and forecasts

Risk, Issue and Opportunity IPT management

Support new business proposals and facilitation

Proactively manage strategic rhythm of the organization to ensure preparedness for program and customer deadlines

Project and control account management

Review change board packages and assess for potential impacts

Assist in development of program metrics and coordinate with Tableau administrators to build products for the program

Administration of Jira and Confluence sites; adhering to and creating new process documentation and controls to ensure configuration control of data

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 8 years' experience in project management', OR Master's degree with 6 years' experience in project management

At least 2 years of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Experience working with and manipulating detail-oriented data

Experience managing aspects of program execution including planning, baselining, and implementation across multiple teams.

Demonstrated financial management skills including development and control of program budgets, schedules, Estimate at Complete (EAC), and the ability to recognize and capture program changes.

Ability to influence and drive results without direct authority of personnel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Integrated Product Team

Working knowledge of SAP

Ability to influence and drive results without direct authority of personnel

Previous experience in Supportability Engineering, including Reliability and Maintainability, DMSMS, Prognostics & Health Management, and data-driven fleet operational and sparing modeling.

Previous experience in Logistics or ILS (Integrated Logistics Support).

Previous experience with Fleet operations/ Fleet support.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Previous experience working with the RQ-4 platform.

Salary Range: $113,500.00 - $170,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
